Psalm 107:16-18

¹⁶ For He has ^(A)shattered gates of bronze
And cut bars of iron asunder.

¹⁷ Fools, because of ^[a]their rebellious way,
And ^(B)because of their iniquities, were afflicted.
¹⁸ Their ^(C)soul abhorred all kinds of food,
And they ^(D)drew near to the ^(E)gates of death.
